I am a mature Christian woman living in an older house on an acreage in Langley. I have two rooms to rent. One is on the main floor of the house and is large enough for a queen size bed. The other room is on the second floor and is loft-like. Rent included utilities. Outdoor parking available on property. Some strorage available in garage. Home is on an acre lot with view of Mount Baker. Shared use of deck, fireplace, kitchen, laundry, living room, dining room. There are two washrooms in the home...one to be shared with the people renting the two rooms.I have an old cat who doesnt seem to like other animals, so, sorry, no pets. Close to shopping. References would be required. Lease preferred but negotiable.
