'Helping Trinity students find a home away from home'.
Nice room for rent in a clean, bright house in Brookswood. The room is on the main floor of the house. There is a double bed, desk, two night tables, bookcase, lamp, and a large closet. The room also has cable in it for your own tv if you wish. I have a clean, quiet house and there is lots of space to study or relax. Also, lots of room in the driveway for parking. The rent is $450 per month. This includes wireless internet, cable TV, use of kitchen with your own space in the fridge/freezer, laundry facilities, and your room.
It is a 5 minute walk from the bus route on 200th st. Its about a 5-10min drive to Langley city, and to the Willowbrook Mall. And the house is very close to Starbucks, grocery store, bank, etc. Also, very close to Kwantlen College and Trinity western University. I also have two medium sized dogs (about 60 pounds each). They are very friendly and love being around people.
*I do not allow smoking, heavy drinking, or any drugs in the house.
*Also, Please no pets...well maybe a fish would be ok...
I would like to rent the room to another woman because I am a single woman myself and would just feel more comfortable.
