  • Canada Mortgage & Housing Corporation - Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation is Canada's national housing agency. CMHC is Canada's premier provider of mortgage loan insurance, mortgage-backed securities, housing policy and programs, and housing research.

  • Canadian Apartment Magazine - Covering issues including finance, insurance, maintenance, policy, energy, Associations, portfolios, and regulations, Canadian Apartment Magazine is Canada's only National publication for apartment owners and managers.

  • Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations - The Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations provides a voice for the residential rental industry, advocating the interests of the industry to the Federal Government of Canada. CFAA also functions as an information exchange among member associations, organizes a compensation and benefits survey of Canada's rental housing industry, and holds and annual conference for landlords across the country.

  • Crime Free Multi-Housing - The Crime Free Multi-Housing Program is direct and solution-oriented. It is a crime prevention initiative designed specifically to help apartment owners, managers, residents, police and other agencies work together to keep illegal and nuisance activity off rental property. Its unique three phases ensure that crime prevention is successfully attained. It is resident friendly yet effective in reducing crime in multi-unit apartment communities.

  • Manufactured Home Park Owners' Alliance of BC - The Manufactured Home Park Owners' Alliance of BC represents nearly 400 manufactured home parks in the province. The MHPO serves its members by providing information online, through newsletters and by holding two conferences per year, offering services including credit checks and advice, and by lobbying the provincial and federal governments on behalf of the industry.

  • Ready to Rent is a program for tenants to plan for better housing, identify what landlords look for in choosing a tenant, improve their chances for getting the housing they need, and learn how to improve their credit rating and rental references.

  • Rent BC.com - Rent BC is BC's largest and most established online rental listing platform.   • Smoke-Free Housing BC - The Heart and Stroke Foundation, BC Healthy Living Alliance and ActNow BC came together to bring the public Smoke-Free Housing BC. The website is designed to encourage and assist landlords and property managers to create more smoke-free options for British Columbians living in apartment buildings and condominiums.

  • West Kootenay Landlords Society - Affiliated with ROMS BC, the West Kootenay Landlords Society covers the West Kootenay's, providing its members with industry meetings, recommended tradespeople, municipal assistance, as well as the membership benefits of ROMS BC.
