Membership Dues
New member dues for owner Members, including the new
member premium, are $150.00 plus $5.45 per rental unit to
a maximum of $913.00. Initial membership dues include a
free credit report as well as two free seminars or a DVD.
Subsequent annual dues are $116.00 plus $5.45 per rental
unit. Licensed Property Manager dues range from $310.00 to
$1,250.00, based on the total number of units managed.

10:00 am until 2:00 pm.
